Kelly Purkey Shop Guest Designer – November

Sorry for the silence, but these last couple of months have been so incredibly busy and hectic! Now that Christmas is over, I’m trying to catch up on doing a few posts that have been on my list for a bit. In November, I was invited by Kelly Purkey Shop to be their guest designer. I’ve been a big fan of Kelly’s work for a while and a long-time subscriber, so I was really honored to have been asked to do some projects!

The November release was a great one! I loved the bold colors and fun stamp sets. I ended up making 3 projects total.

The first project was documenting part of the last week of the year spent in Palm Springs. We went right after Christmas and it was a nice way to wind down after the craziness of the holidays.

For my second project, I documented some time spent in Paris, a few years ago. I have a goal (a dream?) to go back and document a lot of stories from the past, and this was one of them.

I really loved the pretty papers in the mini kit from Life Love Paper, and decided to make a quick spread about my health goals for 2019. They might be a little ambitious but I’m going to go for it!

If you want to read more about the products I used, check out this blog post on the Kelly Purkey Shop blog, where I went in detail about the products.

Thanks for looking as always!

I have observed that over the course of developing a relationship with real estate managers, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in each and every real estate contract, a percentage is paid. Finally, FSBO sellers don’t “save” the commission. Rather, they fight to earn the commission by doing a agent’s work. In doing so, they spend their money as well as time to accomplish, as best they can, the duties of an real estate agent. Those responsibilities include uncovering the home by means of marketing, showing the home to all buyers, creating a sense of buyer urgency in order to prompt an offer, arranging home inspections, managing qualification inspections with the loan company, supervising maintenance, and facilitating the closing of the deal.

  46. I have noticed that credit improvement activity should be conducted with techniques. If not, chances are you’ll find yourself causing harm to your positioning. In order to be successful in fixing to your credit rating you have to take care that from this instant you pay all of your monthly costs promptly in advance of their booked date. It is really significant for the reason that by not accomplishing this, all other measures that you will choose to adopt to improve your credit rating will not be useful. Thanks for revealing your strategies.
