Sorry for the silence, but these last couple of months have been so incredibly busy and hectic! Now that Christmas is over, I’m trying to catch up on doing a few posts that have been on my list for a bit. In November, I was invited by Kelly Purkey Shop to be their guest designer. I’ve been a big fan of Kelly’s work for a while and a long-time subscriber, so I was really honored to have been asked to do some projects!
The November release was a great one! I loved the bold colors and fun stamp sets. I ended up making 3 projects total.
The first project was documenting part of the last week of the year spent in Palm Springs. We went right after Christmas and it was a nice way to wind down after the craziness of the holidays.
For my second project, I documented some time spent in Paris, a few years ago. I have a goal (a dream?) to go back and document a lot of stories from the past, and this was one of them.
I really loved the pretty papers in the mini kit from Life Love Paper, and decided to make a quick spread about my health goals for 2019. They might be a little ambitious but I’m going to go for it!
If you want to read more about the products I used, check out this blog post on the Kelly Purkey Shop blog, where I went in detail about the products.
Thanks for looking as always!

I have learned result-oriented things from the blog post. Yet another thing to I have recognized is that usually, FSBO sellers will certainly reject an individual. Remember, they will prefer to never use your expert services. But if you actually maintain a stable, professional connection, offering assistance and remaining in contact for around four to five weeks, you will usually be able to win an interview. From there, a listing follows. Thanks
I do enjoy the manner in which you have presented this specific situation plus it really does present me some fodder for thought. On the other hand, coming from everything that I have personally seen, I simply trust as the commentary stack on that people keep on point and don’t embark upon a soap box regarding some other news du jour. All the same, thank you for this superb point and although I do not really concur with it in totality, I value your viewpoint.

Thanks for giving your ideas on this blog. As well, a myth regarding the finance institutions intentions while talking about foreclosures is that the bank will not have my payments. There is a specific amount of time which the bank will require payments every now and then. If you are also deep inside the hole, they’re going to commonly call that you pay the actual payment entirely. However, that doesn’t mean that they will not take any sort of installments at all. In the event you and the traditional bank can have the ability to work anything out, a foreclosure process may cease. However, when you continue to skip payments within the new plan, the property foreclosures process can just pick up where it was left off.

Nearly all of what you state is supprisingly accurate and that makes me ponder why I had not looked at this with this light previously. Secondly, while I can notice a leaps in logic you come up with, I am not necessarily convinced of how you seem to connect the points that make the actual final result. For the moment I shall yield to your point however hope in the foreseeable future you actually connect the dots better.

The things i have seen in terms of laptop memory is there are specs such as SDRAM, DDR and so forth, that must match up the requirements of the motherboard. If the computer’s motherboard is pretty current and there are no main system issues, changing the memory literally takes under an hour. It’s among the list of easiest computer system upgrade treatments one can think about. Thanks for discussing your ideas.

Thanks for the concepts you have provided here. In addition, I believe usually there are some factors that will keep your car insurance policy premium straight down. One is, to contemplate buying cars that are from the good list of car insurance providers. Cars which can be expensive tend to be at risk of being robbed. Aside from that insurance policies are also depending on the value of the car, so the higher priced it is, then higher a premium you only pay.
A different issue is that video gaming has become one of the all-time main forms of fun for people spanning various ages. Kids engage in video games, and adults do, too. Thanks for your article. I would like to opinion that the very first thing you will need to do is to see if you really need repairing credit. To do that you need to get your hands on a replica of your credit report. That should not be difficult, ever since the government makes it necessary that you are allowed to receive one free copy of the credit report annually. You just have to consult the right people today. You can either browse the website with the Federal Trade Commission or maybe contact one of the leading credit agencies right away.
I have seen that these days, more and more people are now being attracted to surveillance cameras and the industry of digital photography. However, being a photographer, you have to first invest so much time deciding the exact model of camera to buy plus moving store to store just so you could possibly buy the lowest priced camera of the trademark you have decided to settle on. But it isn’t going to end right now there. You also have to contemplate whether you should buy a digital dslr camera extended warranty. Thanks a bunch for the good points I accumulated from your site.
Yet another thing I would like to say is that in place of trying to accommodate all your online degree programs on days and nights that you finish work (as most people are exhausted when they get back), try to receive most of your sessions on the week-ends and only one or two courses on weekdays, even if it means a little time away from your saturday and sunday. Things i have constantly told people today is that when evaluating a good on-line electronics shop, there are a few components that you have to take into account. First and foremost, you would like to make sure to discover a reputable plus reliable retail store that has gotten great testimonials and rankings from other shoppers and business sector analysts. I’ve noticed that credit score improvement activity should be conducted with tactics. If not, you may find yourself destroying your position. In order to be successful in fixing your credit rating you have to make sure that from this instant you pay all your monthly fees promptly prior to their scheduled date. It’s really significant because by never accomplishing so, all other measures that you will decide to use to improve your credit rating will not be helpful. Thanks for sharing your strategies.
Thanks for your publication. What I want to comment on is that while looking for a good online electronics store, look for a web page with entire information on critical factors such as the level of privacy statement, basic safety details, payment guidelines, as well as other terms as well as policies. Often take time to see the help as well as FAQ areas to get a greater idea of how the shop works, what they are capable of doing for you, and the way you can use the features.
