Sorry for the silence, but these last couple of months have been so incredibly busy and hectic! Now that Christmas is over, I’m trying to catch up on doing a few posts that have been on my list for a bit. In November, I was invited by Kelly Purkey Shop to be their guest designer. I’ve been a big fan of Kelly’s work for a while and a long-time subscriber, so I was really honored to have been asked to do some projects!
The November release was a great one! I loved the bold colors and fun stamp sets. I ended up making 3 projects total.
The first project was documenting part of the last week of the year spent in Palm Springs. We went right after Christmas and it was a nice way to wind down after the craziness of the holidays.
For my second project, I documented some time spent in Paris, a few years ago. I have a goal (a dream?) to go back and document a lot of stories from the past, and this was one of them.
I really loved the pretty papers in the mini kit from Life Love Paper, and decided to make a quick spread about my health goals for 2019. They might be a little ambitious but I’m going to go for it!
If you want to read more about the products I used, check out this blog post on the Kelly Purkey Shop blog, where I went in detail about the products.
Thanks for looking as always!

Thanks for the suggestions you have contributed here. Also, I believe there are many factors which really keep your auto insurance premium straight down. One is, to bear in mind buying cars that are inside good set of car insurance companies. Cars which can be expensive are usually more at risk of being robbed. Aside from that insurance policies are also good value of your car or truck, so the more costly it is, then the higher the premium you only pay.

I have noticed that over the course of creating a relationship with real estate managers, you’ll be able to come to understand that, in most real estate transaction, a payment is paid. In the end, FSBO sellers never “save” the percentage. Rather, they struggle to earn the commission by means of doing the agent’s occupation. In the process, they commit their money and also time to accomplish, as best they might, the responsibilities of an real estate agent. Those tasks include uncovering the home via marketing, presenting the home to prospective buyers, constructing a sense of buyer desperation in order to prompt an offer, making arrangement for home inspections, controlling qualification assessments with the financial institution, supervising repairs, and assisting the closing of the deal.
