Project Life 2018: Week 15 Grand Canyon (continued)

I finished up the second half of Week 15 from last year where we spent most of it visiting the Grand Canyon. If you missed it, you can find the first part of the week here.

As usual, I initially printed out several photos from the week, using a mix of people and scenery. I like to include some photos with white space if possible so I can find places to stamp on.

To create continuity, I pulled cards from the same Details Mini kit and Kelly Purkey Shop main project kit that I used in the first spread. I scraplifted the tags on the bottom 4×6 card from Kelly Purkey, who had provided some ideas online. The Tag You’re It stamp set and the coordinating stamp, Tag Extras are such fun stamps to play with!

I stamped directly on a couple of the photos, in a similar fashion to the other side to create repetition and pull the spreads together. I used the stamp set from the Full Heart TN kit (sadly sold out!) and the Best of the Best project kit on the 4×6 photo of the canyon at sunrise, and I used the OK Ladies stamp with the stamp set from the Details Mini kit on the smaller photo of a family member.

I wrote out some of the things I wanted to remember about the different days we spent at the Grand Canyon on the pink journaling card. I also used the 365 Days stamp to stamp the day names and bring in some extra color. This is a really versatile stamp set that I’ve been using a lot lately.

I will probably make a mini-album with all of the photos on this trip, but I’m happy with this small summary these two pages provide!
