June Projects with Kelly Purkey Shop

There’s a new release at Kelly Purkey Shop today and I wanted to share the two projects I made with this month’s release. The stamps and kits are all about summer fun and I was happy to work with them since we’ve been experiencing “June Gloom” here in southern California.

For my first project, I used the main TN kit called Summer Bucket List to document a week last year checking off the items on my bucket list. We spend a lot of time at the beach and at the pool – both as a family and solo for me, since I am avid swimmer. Many of the photos from the week were taken at both locations and I think I made at least 6 trips to the pool and beach that week. ๐Ÿ™‚

When I first saw the TN papers, I was drawn to the large “Here Comes Summer” page. I cut down that page to use in a 4″ x 6″ pocket (layered over some white cardstock) and adhered a small photo of my daughter in the pool.
Since I was documenting my summer bucket list, I had to use the stamps from the kit to make a journaling card, with the completion dates. I used white embossing powder to make “summer bucket list” stand out on the dark blue paper.
I loved the circle patterns on the papers and stamped some of the sentiments over the circles and cut them out using a circle punch to use as embellishments on other photos.
Lastly, I cut out phrases from the fill-in-the-blank TN page to further embellish my photos. A few puffy asterisks from my stash completed the spread!
For my second project, I documented a recent week this year where I thought summer was starting to show up. Spoiler: Summer was just teasing me because it was sunny that week and then it was back to clouds the following week!
For this spread, I mixed cards from the main project kit, Fun Times, with the LLP kit, Summer Adventuring. We visited the beach twice that week and had fun collecting shells so the gorgeous Seashells stamp set by Life Love Paper was perfect to use. I loved playing with the different shells on my title page!

We also acquired a bike for my daughter which was exciting so the 3″ x 4″ card and matching sentiments from the Summer Adventuring kit was perfect for documenting that.

I used one of the journaling cards from the Fun Times kit to type some notes about things that happened during the week. The Sun’s Out stamp from Life Love Paper was great for adding an embellishment to the otherwise plain card. I popped it up with some foam tape.
A few more stamps and labels and my week was done! Thanks for checking out my projects and let me know if you have any questions!

  17. The worldโ€™s most liveable cities for 2024
    ะถะตัั‚ะบะพะต ั€ัƒััะบะพะต ะฟะพั€ะฝะพ

Itโ€™s considered among the most beautiful cities in the world to visit, and it seems that Vienna may also be an unbeatable place to live.

The Austrian city has been crowned the most liveable city in the world yet again in the annual list from the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), which was released today.

The EIU, a sister organization to The Economist, ranked 173 cities across the globe on a number of significant factors, including health care, culture and environment, stability, infrastructure and education.

Vienna topped the list for the third consecutive year, receiving โ€œperfectโ€ scores in four out of five of the categories โ€” the city was marked lower for culture and environment due to an apparent lack of significant sporting events.
Just behind the Austrian capital, Denmarkโ€™s Copenhagen retained its second place position, while Switzerlandโ€™s Zurich moved up from sixth place to third on the list.

Australiaโ€™s Melbourne fell from third to fourth place, while Canadian city Calgary tied for fifth place with Swiss city Geneva.

Canadaโ€™s Vancouver and Australiaโ€™s Sydney were in joint seventh place, and Japanโ€™s Osaka and New Zealandโ€™s Auckland rounded out the top 10 in joint ninth place.

  19. One other thing is that an online business administration diploma is designed for students to be able to well proceed to bachelors degree education. The Ninety credit education meets the other bachelor education requirements and when you earn your associate of arts in BA online, you’ll have access to the most recent technologies on this field. Some reasons why students are able to get their associate degree in business is because they’re interested in this area and want to obtain the general training necessary before jumping right bachelor college diploma program. Many thanks for the tips you actually provide as part of your blog.
