There’s a new release at Kelly Purkey Shop today and I wanted to share the two projects I made with this month’s release. The stamps and kits are all about summer fun and I was happy to work with them since we’ve been experiencing “June Gloom” here in southern California.
For my first project, I used the main TN kit called Summer Bucket List to document a week last year checking off the items on my bucket list. We spend a lot of time at the beach and at the pool – both as a family and solo for me, since I am avid swimmer. Many of the photos from the week were taken at both locations and I think I made at least 6 trips to the pool and beach that week. 🙂
When I first saw the TN papers, I was drawn to the large “Here Comes Summer” page. I cut down that page to use in a 4″ x 6″ pocket (layered over some white cardstock) and adhered a small photo of my daughter in the pool.
Since I was documenting my summer bucket list, I had to use the stamps from the kit to make a journaling card, with the completion dates. I used white embossing powder to make “summer bucket list” stand out on the dark blue paper.
I loved the circle patterns on the papers and stamped some of the sentiments over the circles and cut them out using a circle punch to use as embellishments on other photos.
Lastly, I cut out phrases from the fill-in-the-blank TN page to further embellish my photos. A few puffy asterisks from my stash completed the spread!
For my second project, I documented a recent week this year where I thought summer was starting to show up. Spoiler: Summer was just teasing me because it was sunny that week and then it was back to clouds the following week!
For this spread, I mixed cards from the main project kit, Fun Times, with the LLP kit, Summer Adventuring. We visited the beach twice that week and had fun collecting shells so the gorgeous Seashells stamp set by Life Love Paper was perfect to use. I loved playing with the different shells on my title page!
We also acquired a bike for my daughter which was exciting so the 3″ x 4″ card and matching sentiments from the Summer Adventuring kit was perfect for documenting that.
I used one of the journaling cards from the Fun Times kit to type some notes about things that happened during the week. The Sun’s Out stamp from Life Love Paper was great for adding an embellishment to the otherwise plain card. I popped it up with some foam tape.
A few more stamps and labels and my week was done! Thanks for checking out my projects and let me know if you have any questions!

Thanks for revealing your ideas. A very important factor is that scholars have a selection between government student loan along with a private education loan where it truly is easier to opt for student loan consolidation than in the federal education loan.
You could certainly see your expertise within the paintings you write. The sector hopes for even more passionate writers like you who are not afraid to say how they believe. At all times follow your heart.
I have seen a lot of useful points on your web site about pc’s. However, I have got the view that lap tops are still not quite powerful sufficiently to be a wise decision if you generally do projects that require a great deal of power, for instance video modifying. But for world wide web surfing, word processing, and the majority of other common computer functions they are fine, provided you cannot mind the screen size. Thank you for sharing your thinking.

I have witnessed that fees for on-line degree specialists tend to be a great value. For example a full Bachelor’s Degree in Communication in the University of Phoenix Online consists of Sixty credits at $515/credit or $30,900. Also American Intercontinental University Online gives a Bachelors of Business Administration with a full education course feature of 180 units and a tuition fee of $30,560. Online studying has made getting the degree much simpler because you might earn your degree from the comfort of your home and when you finish working. Thanks for other tips I have learned through your blog.

Thanks for your suggestions. One thing I’ve noticed is the fact banks and financial institutions understand the spending practices of consumers plus understand that the majority of people max out there their own credit cards around the getaways. They properly take advantage of this fact and begin flooding ones inbox as well as snail-mail box having hundreds of Zero APR credit card offers immediately after the holiday season ends. I have mastered some new items from your web-site about desktops. Another thing I’ve always assumed is that computer systems have become something that each home must have for some reasons. They provide convenient ways to organize homes, pay bills, shop, study, pay attention to music and also watch television shows. An innovative method to complete most of these tasks is by using a laptop computer. These pc’s are mobile, small, strong and portable.

Thanks for the tips you have discussed here. In addition, I believe usually there are some factors which will keep your auto insurance premium straight down. One is, to take into consideration buying motors that are in the good listing of car insurance firms. Cars which can be expensive are usually more at risk of being stolen. Aside from that insurance coverage is also good value of your vehicle, so the more costly it is, then higher the actual premium you make payment for.
