July Projects with Kelly Purkey Shop

I created some new projects featuring the July release at Kelly Purkey Shop and today I’d like to share them with you! For my first project, I used the gorgeous Snapshot main kit. It was perfect for documenting the last few days spent one summer in France and leading up to our return home.

I really loved the cards with the vintage frames in them and sized a few photos to fit into them.

The stamps were also fun to play with. I stamped the camera icon on a 3×4 card to made my own filler card. Adding a few heart enamel hearts from my stash added a nice pop of color.

I also stamped several of the phrases on photos and the kit labels – one of my favorite ways to bring in some extra color and tie the spread together.

If you’ve seen some of my recent posts on Instagram, I’m also working on a mini-album documenting a trip to Hawaii a few years ago. I used the super cute Gone Fishing mini kit from Life Love Paper to create a spread about snorkeling on the big island.
The kit also includes some matching stickers which were fun to layer on my photos. I loved using both the kit stamp and the coordinating Under the Sea stamp to add extra embellishments to the page.

I added my journaling on a piece of vellum and then adhered it with my favorite adhesive for vellum (doesn’t show!).

I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a hard time choosing between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something completely unique. P.S Apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

  21. Another thing I’ve noticed is always that for many people, bad credit is the response to circumstances outside of their control. One example is they may have been saddled with an illness so they really have large bills going to collections. It could be due to a occupation loss or maybe the inability to go to work. Sometimes breakup can really send the money in the wrong direction. Thank you for sharing your notions on this blog site.
