July Projects with Kelly Purkey Shop

I created some new projects featuring the July release at Kelly Purkey Shop and today I’d like to share them with you! For my first project, I used the gorgeous Snapshot main kit. It was perfect for documenting the last few days spent one summer in France and leading up to our return home.

I really loved the cards with the vintage frames in them and sized a few photos to fit into them.

The stamps were also fun to play with. I stamped the camera icon on a 3×4 card to made my own filler card. Adding a few heart enamel hearts from my stash added a nice pop of color.

I also stamped several of the phrases on photos and the kit labels – one of my favorite ways to bring in some extra color and tie the spread together.

If you’ve seen some of my recent posts on Instagram, I’m also working on a mini-album documenting a trip to Hawaii a few years ago. I used the super cute Gone Fishing mini kit from Life Love Paper to create a spread about snorkeling on the big island.
The kit also includes some matching stickers which were fun to layer on my photos. I loved using both the kit stamp and the coordinating Under the Sea stamp to add extra embellishments to the page.

I added my journaling on a piece of vellum and then adhered it with my favorite adhesive for vellum (doesn’t show!).

  2. Hi just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren’t loading correctly. I’m not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different browsers and both show the same results.

  3. I have learned some new points from your website about computer systems. Another thing I have always presumed is that computer systems have become something that each family must have for several reasons. They offer convenient ways in which to organize households, pay bills, search for information, study, tune in to music as well as watch tv shows. An innovative way to complete many of these tasks is with a notebook. These pcs are mobile ones, small, robust and lightweight.

  5. I have noticed that in video cameras, special detectors help to {focus|concentrate|maintain focus|target|a**** automatically. The actual sensors regarding some cams change in in the area of contrast, while others make use of a beam of infra-red (IR) light, specially in low light. Higher spec cameras from time to time use a combination of both systems and likely have Face Priority AF where the digital camera can ‘See’ the face while focusing only in that. Thanks for sharing your thinking on this blog.
