July Projects with Kelly Purkey Shop

I created some new projects featuring the July release at Kelly Purkey Shop and today I’d like to share them with you! For my first project, I used the gorgeous Snapshot main kit. It was perfect for documenting the last few days spent one summer in France and leading up to our return home.

I really loved the cards with the vintage frames in them and sized a few photos to fit into them.

The stamps were also fun to play with. I stamped the camera icon on a 3×4 card to made my own filler card. Adding a few heart enamel hearts from my stash added a nice pop of color.

I also stamped several of the phrases on photos and the kit labels – one of my favorite ways to bring in some extra color and tie the spread together.

If you’ve seen some of my recent posts on Instagram, I’m also working on a mini-album documenting a trip to Hawaii a few years ago. I used the super cute Gone Fishing mini kit from Life Love Paper to create a spread about snorkeling on the big island.
The kit also includes some matching stickers which were fun to layer on my photos. I loved using both the kit stamp and the coordinating Under the Sea stamp to add extra embellishments to the page.

I added my journaling on a piece of vellum and then adhered it with my favorite adhesive for vellum (doesn’t show!).

  12. Howdy this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

  16. I’m really loving the theme/design of your blog. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A small number of my blog audience have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Safari. Do you have any tips to help fix this problem?

  18. I have seen a great deal of useful items on your web page about pcs. However, I have the view that notebooks are still not quite powerful sufficiently to be a good choice if you frequently do projects that require many power, for example video editing and enhancing. But for internet surfing, word processing, and most other frequent computer work they are perfectly, provided you cannot mind the screen size. Many thanks sharing your thinking.
