July Projects with Kelly Purkey Shop

I created some new projects featuring the July release at Kelly Purkey Shop and today I’d like to share them with you! For my first project, I used the gorgeous Snapshot main kit. It was perfect for documenting the last few days spent one summer in France and leading up to our return home.

I really loved the cards with the vintage frames in them and sized a few photos to fit into them.

The stamps were also fun to play with. I stamped the camera icon on a 3×4 card to made my own filler card. Adding a few heart enamel hearts from my stash added a nice pop of color.

I also stamped several of the phrases on photos and the kit labels – one of my favorite ways to bring in some extra color and tie the spread together.
Here’s a look at the completed spread.

If you’ve seen some of my recent posts on Instagram, I’m also working on a mini-album documenting a trip to Hawaii a few years ago. I used the super cute Gone Fishing mini kit from Life Love Paper to create a spread about snorkeling on the big island.
The kit also includes some matching stickers which were fun to layer on my photos. I loved using both the kit stamp and the coordinating Under the Sea stamp to add extra embellishments to the page.

I added my journaling on a piece of vellum and then adhered it with my favorite adhesive for vellum (doesn’t show!).

Thanks for looking at my projects and feel free to ask me any questions!

  1. I am extremely impressed with your writing skills as well as with the layout on your blog. Is this a paid theme or did you customize it yourself? Anyway keep up the excellent quality writing, it is rare to see a nice blog like this one nowadays..

  2. I will also like to mention that most individuals that find themselves devoid of health insurance are usually students, self-employed and those that are laid-off. More than half with the uninsured are under the age of Thirty-five. They do not sense they are looking for health insurance since they’re young in addition to healthy. Their particular income is frequently spent on property, food, and entertainment. Most people that do work either complete or part time are not presented insurance by means of their jobs so they head out without as a result of rising tariff of health insurance in america. Thanks for the strategies you write about through this web site.

  3. Another thing I’ve really noticed is the fact for many people, bad credit is the reaction of circumstances outside of their control. Such as they may are already saddled by having an illness so they really have higher bills going to collections. It would be due to a employment loss or maybe the inability to go to work. Sometimes separation and divorce can really send the budget in an opposite direction. Thank you for sharing your opinions on this blog site.
