October Project Life with Paper Person

I was thrilled when I heard Kelly Purkey was opening a new shop called Paper Person! I’ve missed her designs in my spreads and I’m really excited to see what the new shop has in store. Kelly generously sent me some of the new products and I’m happy to be creating with her clean and on-trend designs again.

Today I’m sharing a project life spread I made using the October Kit, At Home, and the traveler’s notebook kit, Fall Forever. Sadly both of these kits sold out fast, but the digitals are still available!

I’m documenting in 9×12 this year and I love this size! I’m also documenting 2 weeks at a time which has made it easier to stay caught up. For this week, we celebrated the start of Fall with a trip to an apple farm to go apple picking. I added some photos from that trip, and decorated them using those beautiful leaf die cuts from the TN kit.

I also had to include this ridiculous photo of my cat, who makes us laugh most of the time with her funny poses. The stamped phrases are from the At Home stamp and “so tired” is from the Take-Out stamp.

For the right hand side, I used some photos from our various outings. Even though we’re at home a lot more this year, we still try to make time to enjoy the outdoors. I need the fresh air, and we’re lucky to live near some places with beautiful views.

I love that acorn card and used the Amelia alpha stamp with the Outdoors stamp to customize the card.

Lastly, I used the Take-Out stamp to document some doughnuts we picked up from a nearby shop after one of our hikes. I saved the packaging from the box I had been hoarding to use as the backing. I then stamped the “To-Go Time” from the stamp set, punched it out, and adhered it, with some letter stickers onto the card for some color.

Let me know if you have any questions! I’d love to see what you’re making with the new Paper Person shop products too!
